Denver West Crawlers (DWC) is hosting with EPIC 4x4 Quest Go Topless Day! OPEN TO ALL 4x4 Vehicles!!! There will be RTI ramp, Poker Run by Mile High Jeep Club, Vendors show (see list below for vendors), a raffle (AND a special Kid Game/raffle) hosted by DWC with all proceeds going to the cause, food trucks AND working on much more.

Event Schedule:

• 11:00 AM – Event Starts at Lincoln College of Technology: Food Trucks will be on site, Raffle tickets and Kid Game/Raffle Cards for purchase with DWC and The Edge Automotive 4x4 RTI Ramp will Open! We will have activities and games for the kids (or kids at heart) to play in a "kid" section roped off in the parking lot at Lincoln College of Technology for the duration of the event

• 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM Poker Run Cards Available for $5 at EPIC 4x4 Quest Booth – Top 3 Hands get Trophies and Prizes for those that participate (MORE DETAILS COMING from Mile High Jeep Club (MHJC) who is hosting this activity!)

• 12:00 PM Poker Run Drivers Meeting -> Look for the Pirates Flag for the meeting location

• 2:30 PM All Poker Run Cards due Back -> Turn into MHJC

• 3:00 PM Poker Run & RTI Winners announced, trophies and prizes handed out to those that participated (RTI closes just before 3 PM)

• Following Poker Run Winners ~ 3:15 PM Raffle Starts with Denver West Crawlers - Raffle Ticket Prizes & Kid Card Raffle Prizes

• ~4:00 PM Event Closes

Denver West Crawlers Raffle Process:

• $5 per ticket

• Donations online through any of the EPIC 4x4 Quest options, including Facebook Fundraiser, show what you donated and obtain 1 ticket per $5

• No limit on the number of tickets that can purchase

• You MUST Be Present to Win!

• Raffle Number will be called max of 3 quick times, make sure you raise your hand and call out if it is your number that is called!

• IF no one responds to the number called that ticket number will be removed and the next ticket will be drawn

• Note - The decision of judges will be final

Denver West Kid Card Game Raffle Process:

• Buy a Kid Card  (1 card per kid, $5 per card; buy 1 and they share or buy one for each kid) at the Denver West Crawlers table where you will also be able to buy/obtain your raffle tickets. 

• EPIC 4x4 Quest will be facilitating a hole punch card game for the "Kid Card" where the kids have to see few different spots to get a hole punch on their card for the matching location. This helps mom and dad to be able to walk around while giving the kids something to do/look for so. 

• Before 3pm the cards will be turned back into Denver West Crawlers where the card then will work like a raffle ticket (not all hole punches are necessary to be obtained to be entered for drawing). 

• A card will be drawn and the name on the card called out (must be present to win, make sure we see/hear you so you are not skipped). 

• When a kiddo's name is called that time kiddo and parent will get to go to the table with the kid toys and pick one out (parents please be ready to help them pick quickly).

About Go Topless day, this is the 16th annual Barricade Go Topless Day which is set nationally for Saturday, May 20th, 2023. For each event that raised at least $500 for their local 501(c) organization, Barricade will match $500 to that same organization. This event will support EPIC 4x4 Quest and our mission of helping law enforcement members and first responders that were injured in the line of duty and fallen line of duty officers' families and departments.

Ways to Donate:

• Get a T-shirt or Tank-top for the Denver West Crawlers and EPIC 4x4 Quest Go Topless Event. The shirts will process in batches that will ship straight to your address about 21 days from date ordered, possibly less. Multiple sizes and colors of each available. Each shirt also helps create small donation to EPIC 4x4 Quest, so you get something to remember the fun and support the cause at the same time.
