This event posting is for information only at this time - Registration has NOT opened, yet. Registration to open January 3, 2021 at 7PM. Slots are first come first serve. ABOUT THE EVENT: No information will be disclosed other than where to meet for tech inspection as this is part of the Quest and excitement. Check out the EPIC 4x4 Quest Annual Event Guide for more on what to expect. This event will be mostly offroading with a few non-offroading elements. Think mild to moderate trails in an overlanding type style as we use as many offroad trails as possible to get from location to locate where you "glamp" in a hotel each night. This year will be filled with history along the way. It will truly be a live by the seat of your pants along for the ride adventure - Just believe in the QUEST! This event is to generate funds for our police officers and first responders, that have been tragically injured or fallen in the line of duty. This year the revenue will be donated to MC1 Foundations. Supporters or Participants can make additional donations through PayPal to EPIC 4x4 Quest event to contribute to the mission.
The cost will be $850 per slot; Down payment of $150 due upon registration - NO refunds.
Each slot offered will at least include the following:

• One Vehicle – meeting minimum requirements (Our events are open to ALL vehicle makes and models that meet minimum requirements)
• 1-2 people
• 3 nights in hotel rooms in 3 different locations (Rooms will vary night to night - 2 beds are possible each night with request)
• Some meals to be included - more information to come on this aspect!
• Decals/Banner for vehicle (Must be ran during the duration of event at minimum)
• Extra activities
• Trophies/prizes & Goodies to be handed out at our final close out awards dinner Sunday night

The cost of the event does NOT cover gas and meals not disclosed, as that will be an additional expense the participants will have throughout the trip.
NOTE: There will be a mandatory Meet & Greet held in the Denver area prior to the event on July 24, 2021. This allow all paper work able to be completed ahead of time to get done, us to go over important information needed to ensure the event runs smoothly and you have what is needed, as well as for you to get your window banner. Date and time for Meet & Greet to be added to this information prior to event registration opening!
Vehicle Requirements for Event:
•Agree to follow EPIC 4x4 Quest Rules (posted for review on the Event - RULES page)
•Drivers license and Auto insurance
•4 wheel drive with low range
•32" or larger offroad tires
•Functioning Emergency Brake
•Spare Tire and/or Tire repair kit
•Recovery points - front and rear
•Ability to air down tires and air up tires (Compressor or Tank)
•Ability to travel at highway speeds
•Cooler for lunches/trail food
•Trash storage method
Additional not required but recommended:
•Skid Plate & Rock Sliders
•First Aid Kit
