Registration opens 1/5/2020 @ 7pm MST. Signing up for this even will mean you have ZERO idea of where you are going, what trails you are doing, or where you will be staying. It will all be planned out and cost for slot will include hotel arrangements.

About The Event

No information will be disclosed other than where to meet for tech inspection as this is part of the Quest and excitement. This event will be mostly offroading with a few non-offroading elements. It will truly be a live by the seat of your pants along for the ride adventure - Just believe in the QUEST! This event is to generate funds for our police officers, that have been tragically injured or fallen in the line of duty. This year the revenue will be donated to MC1 Foundations.  Supporters or Participants can make additional donations through PayPal to EPIC 4x4 Quest event to contribue to the mission.

The cost will be $825 per slot; Down payment of $150 due upon registration - NO refunds.

Each slot offered will include:

• One Vehicle – meeting minimum requirements 

• 1-2 people

• 3 nights in hotel rooms in 3 different locations (Rooms have King/Queen size bed)

• 3 Dinners: Friday, Saturday, and Monday Night

•  Breakfast each morning (grab and go style to more) 

• Decals/Banner for vehicle (Must be ran during the duration of event at minimum)

• Extra activites

• Trophies/prizes & Goodies to be handed out at our final close out awards dinner Monday night 

The cost of the event does NOT cover gas and meals not listed, as that will be an additional expense the participants will have throughout the trip. 

NOTE: PayPal invoice for the $150 down payment to be sent to email provided in registration within 72 hours of completing registration. Payment must be received within the 7 days allotted and noted on the invoice or slot will be forfeited to the next in line. There will NOT be refunds for the down payment. Potential alternative payment options available upon direct arrangements. If you don't receive the invoice or conformation of payment make sure to reachout via email,, to prevent risking forfeiting your slot.

Final payment can be made by PayPal or check with payment received by April 30, 2020. If you are needing alternative options for payment please email post completing registration.

Vehicle Requirements for Event: •Agree to follow EPIC 4x4 Quest Rules (posted for review on the Event - RULES page)

•Drivers license and Auto insurance  •4 wheel drive with low range  •32" or larger offroad tires •Functioning Emergency Brake •Spare Tire and/or Tire repair kit  •Recovery points - front and rear •Ability to air down tires and air up tires (Compressor or Tank)  •Ability to travel at highway speeds  •Cooler for lunches/trail food  •Trash storage method

Additional not required but recommended: •Winch •Skid Plate & Rock Sliders •Lockers, front and rear •Fire extinguisher •First Aid Kit
