This is a NEW opportunity being offered to our supporters. This Elite Membership is $600/year and provides a guaranteed spot on our Annual/Main Event. Elite Member will still be obligated to pay full price for the Annual/Main Event spot that has been guaranteed by this Membership.

Elite Members should positively represent EPIC 4x4 Quest, follow all rules/guidelines, support our mission, and be willing to jump in and help when/if able. Elite Members will be selected based off applications received. Board of Directors will review all applications and vote on who to offer Membership based on who Board of Directors feel can represent EPIC 4x4 Quest to the best. Dues will be due no later than 1/15 each year.

If Elite Member(s) are unable to join the Annual/Main Event for any reason there will not be a refund of the Membership fee. The spot would be opened to general population/lottery drawing list.

Membership remains in effect until Elite Member requests to resign from Membership, member stops/fails to pay yearly membership fee, or breaks any EPIC 4x4 Quest rules/guidelines and is removed by Board of Directors vote. If/when there's an opening for a new Elite Member EPIC 4x4 Quest will open for applications and new Elite Member will be selected.
