We will offer dinner on the end of trail end of day (1) Saturday night. We WILL be Camping Saturday night and completing return trip back down Sunday AM. Would recommend either camping or getting hotel Friday night to ensure your down there for Saturday AM start. Make sure to bring camping gear, water/drinks, and food other than being provided. Suggest to bring blanket or chairs to sit and jacket/layers as you never know what you will get with Colorado weather. This is a 4x4 run where membership/donation is collected to have this be a EPIC 4x4 Quest Crew specific run. Membership/Donation is $30 min. and should be paid through PayPal. The membership covers dinner supplied during run, helps cover insurance costs, and helps raise funds to aid in our mission of helping our law enforcement/first responder members. Invoice will be emailed to the email address provided; Donations can also always be done through the Donate link at the top of each page of the website. Details with meeting location and time will be sent out from EPICBOD@epic4x4quest.com; please reach out for questions of if you do not receive the information at EPICBOD@epic4x4quest.com.

COVID CONSENT: As with the transmission of any communicable disease like a cold or the flu, you may be exposed to COVID-19, also known as “Coronavirus,” at any time or any place. We will use universal precautions and “Social Distancing” as appropriate and recommended during the trip. “Social Distancing” nationwide has reduced the transmission of the Coronavirus. While we will take measures to provide social distancing through our trip, there could be instances where social distancing is not possible at all times. We recommend that you follow universal personal protection, such as good hand hygiene, maintaining adequate distance, and using face masks when mandated or when you feel appropriate. Masks will not be mandated to participate in the trip, but they could be mandated in towns or locations we will travel. Please note that while we will not mandate masks, they are encouraged by the government.
Despite our careful attention to maintaining social distancing when possible, good hand hygiene and use of personal barriers when required (i.e. in towns, stores, during food services) there is still a chance that you could be exposed to an illness during our trip, just as you might be at your gym, grocery store, or favorite restaurant.
