The auction will be active from 11/15/23 @5 am to 12/22/23 @11 pm. The winner of the Auction will be prior to the lottery slots being drawn. If you win the auction slot your name will be removed from the lottery (auction winner may request to stay in the lottery for a chance at 2 slots). 

Note: The auction winner must pay the winning bid in full upon receiving the invoice (details below as well as with the auction). The slot is not transferable and is for 1 vehicle with up to two (2) people. The winner will have to complete all necessary documents and follow all EPIC 4x4 Quest Rules to participate in the event, as all the other participants. No refunds will be provided if the winner is unable to join the event OR if forfeit the slot by failing to complete payment, following EPIC 4x4 Quest rules, meeting vehicle requirements to join the event, and/or completing documents as required paid amount will be considered a donation and donation receipt for full amount will be provided.

The winner of the Auction Slot should reach out to EPIC 4x4 Quest via email (EPICBOD@epic4x4quest.com) or phone by text or call 303-557-0988 to verify payment received and obtain full details. Payment in full is required upon receiving the invoice. Payment can be made through any of the donation options listed in our LinkTree. Once confirmed payment is received and the best email, the winner will be added to the event email contact list, FB group (if on Facebook), and all communications related to the event.
