Who is ready for an EPIC adventure?!? Submit application for slot can be done from June 27, 2021 to Dec. 31, 2021. Lottery drawing will take place Jan. 8, 2022 at 7pm MT. ABOUT THE TRIP: No information will be disclosed other than where to meet for tech inspection as this is part of the Quest and excitement. Check out the EPIC 4x4 Quest Annual Event Guide for more on what to expect. This trip will be mostly offroading with a few non-offroading elements. Think mild to moderate trails in an overlanding type style as we use as many offroad trails as possible to get from location to locate where you "glamp" in a hotel each night. It will truly be a live by the seat of your pants along for the ride adventure - Just believe in the QUEST! This trip is to generate funds for our police officers and first responders, that have been tragically injured or fallen in the line of duty. This year the revenue will be donated to MC1 Foundations.  Supporters or Participants can make additional donations through PayPal to EPIC 4x4 Quest trip to contribute to the mission. (Our trips are open to ALL and ALL vehicle makes and models that meet minimum requirements)

NOTE: There will be a mandatory Meet & Greet held in the Denver area prior to the trip on July 23, 2022. This allow all paper work able to be completed ahead of time to get done, us to go over important information needed to ensure the trip runs smoothly and you have what is needed, as well as for you to get your window banner. 

• Cost: $975: $275 deposit to be done within 7days of accepting spot offered & the remaining amount ($700) to be paid in full no later than 60 days from start of trip. PayPal invoices will go out for the amounts with due dates. Payment via check vs PayPal is possible with coordination with EPIC 4x4 Quest BOD. NO REFUNDS!
• Cost covers 1 vehicle and up to 2 people in the vehicle; Note: Additional people riding in same vehicle will be added $200/person
• Trip includes: 3 nights in hotel rooms, additional pre and post hotels available for additional cost, Dinners (pre/post nights are on your own for dinner), 1 trip specific T-shirt encluded (additional able to be bought), EPIC 4x4 Quest sm. trip specific sticker, Lead Trails (trails to be a surprise), admission to any nonoffroading locations/activities, games, trophies/prizes & goodies to be handed out at our final close out dinner
• Additional hotel able to be added to prior to start or at end of trip at additional cost; details to be shared with those selected for the trip

Vehicle Requirements for Trip:

• Agree to follow EPIC 4x4 Quest Rules (posted for review on the Event - RULES page)
• Drivers license and Auto insurance
• 4 wheel drive with low range
• 32" or larger offroad tires
• Functioning Emergency Brake
• Spare Tire and/or Tire repair kit
• Recovery points - front and rear
• Ability to air down tires and air up tires (Compressor or Tank)
• Ability to travel at highway speeds
• Cooler for lunches/trail food
• Trash storage method

Additional not required but recommended:

• Winch
• Skid Plate & Rock Sliders
• Fire extinguisher
• First Aid Kit
