About The Event

No information will be disclosed other than where to meet for tech inspection as this is part of the Quest and excitement. We do have some fun things planned and not 100% off-roading, although there be off-roading involved every day. It will truly be a live by the seat of your pants along for the ride adventure - Just believe in the QUEST! This event is to generate funds for our police officers, for example the tragically injured or fallen police, all revenue and direct donations will be donated to Colorado Police Officers Foundation. Participants can make additional donations to EPIC 4x4 Quest event operators to turn into Colorado Police Officers Foundation with all revenue from event.

The cost will be $675 per slot. Each slot offered will include:

• One Vehicle – meeting minimum requirements

• 2 people

• 3 nights in hotel rooms in 3 different locations (Rooms have 2 beds & accommodate up to 4 people)

• 3 dinners

• Close out award/sponsor give-away dinner sponsored by All Seasons 4x4

• Decals/Banner for vehicle

• Extra activates

Each slot can accommodate up to 4 people, due to hotel rooms allowing 4 people, BUT it is an additional $50 per person over the 2 that are included in the base price. This $50 charge per additional person is to help cover food and activity costs.

The cost of the event does NOT cover gas and meals not listed, as that will be an additional expense the participants will have throughout the trip.

Please note request for check is to decrease overhead costs allowing for us to donate more to help our police officers. No refunds.

There will be give-aways thanks to our sponsors - WARN, ARB, TeraFlex, and AdamsDriveshaft (Possible other sponsors to be added).

Minimum requirements for Event:

Drivers license and Auto insurance

4 wheel drive with low range

32" or larger off-road tire

Spare Tire and/or Tire repair kit

Recovery points - front and rear

CB, GMRS, or HAMM Radio

Ability to air down tires and air up tires (Compressor or Tank)

Ability to travel at highway speeds

Cooler for lunches/trail food

Trash storage method

Winch (Recommended)

Lockers, front and rear (Recommended)

Fire extinguisher (Recommended)

First Aid Kit (Recommended)
