This is a NEW opportunity being offered to our supporters. This Elite Membership is $600/year and provides a guaranteed spot on our Annual/Main Event. Elite Members will still be obligated to pay full price for the Annual/Main Event spot that has been guaranteed by this Membership.

Elite Members should positively represent EPIC 4x4 Quest, follow all rules/guidelines, support our mission, and be willing to jump in and help when/if able or needed. 

Elite Members will be selected based on applications received. The Board of Directors will review all applications and vote on who to offer the TWO Memberships based on who the Board of Directors feels can represent EPIC 4x4 Quest the best. Dues for Elite Membership will be due no later than 1/15 each year. The membership will remain in effect until the Elite Member requests to resign from Membership, the Elite Member stops/fails to pay the yearly membership fee, or if the Elite Member breaks any of the EPIC 4x4 Quest rules/guidelines and is voted to be removed by Board of Directors. If/when there's an opening for a new Elite Member EPIC 4x4 Quest will open for applications once again and a new Elite Member will be selected.

NOTE! If an Elite Member(s) is unable to join the Annual/Main Event for any reason there will not be a refund of the Membership fee. The spot for that year they are unable to attend would be opened to the general population/lottery drawing list. Membership would remain in place and guarantee their spot for the following year as per the membership described above.
